History

Swiss-Tech was founded in 1965 in Delavan Wisconsin. From 1968 to 2008, the company went through several ownership changes, including Dutch Boy, Rockwell Automation, Oldenburg Group, former company President Ken Bliss, and Cornerstone Industrial Group.

In December of 2018, Swiss-Tech partnered with the BERKS Group. BERKS is a diverse portfolio of companies that includes other two other precision manufacturing plants. The three companies provide synergy to increase Swiss-Tech capacity to serve its customers. BERKS long-term investment strategy provides Swiss-Tech with capital to invest in new equipment. This not only boosts productivity but allows Swiss-Tech to expand on its promise of ultra-high-quality work.
