CEO & President
Frank Meiland joined Swiss-Tech as President in June 2014. Prior to Swiss-Tech, Frank was with Actuant Corporation (NYSE: ATU), where he served as an Inside Sales Leader (2002-2004), Business Leader – Milwaukee Cylinder (2004-2009), and Business Leader – Enerpac Production Automation (2009-2014). In the latter position, Frank had P&L responsibility for Enerpac Workholding, Milwaukee Cylinder, and Unilift lines of business.
Carl Bardenwerper joined Swiss-Tech as CFO in January 2011. Carl served as CFO/Controller of several industrial manufacturing companies including Viasystems and Planar Systems. Carl is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Director of Manufacturing and Logistics
Karen Ozanich has served as Logistics Manager since June 2013. She has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, including in purchasing, production planning, quality functions, internal systems auditing, and ERP system setup. Ms. Ozanich served as Materials Supervisor at Engineered Plastics Company for almost a decade, where she was responsible for all supplier relations and an annual material spend of $8 million.
Director of Engineering and Support Technology
Jason Price has served as Director of Engineering and Support Technology since 2017. His prior role was as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Swiss Tech since 2014. Mr. Price has more than two decades of manufacturing, engineering, and quality experience within medical, automotive, and electronics industries and he is a Lean-Sigma Black Belt. His prior roles include his years working at Accellent (dba Integer; Lake Region Medical) as a Manufacturing Department Manager and Project Manager in the New Process Development Engineering staff.
Inside Sales Lead
Bobbie Griffin joined Swiss-Tech as Inside Sales Lead in June 2014. Prior to Swiss-Tech, Bobbie worked in Inside Sales and continuous improvement for E-S Plastic Products, where she managed all aspects of customer service and assisted the operations manager in purchasing, scrap reduction, and process improvements.
